MAÂT is a platform allowing citizens to create, sign, and share online petitions

2. Registration and User Account
To use MAÂT, you must create an account providing:
- A valid phone number
- Your first name
- A secure 4-digit PIN code
You commit to providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN code.
You are responsible for all activities conducted from your account.
3. Creating Petitions
By creating a petition on MAÂT, you commit to:
- Defending a cause of general or collective interest
- Providing a clear, honest, and verifiable description
- Not disseminating defamatory, insulting, or discriminatory content
- Respecting applicable laws and the rights of others
- Not using the platform for commercial or advertising purposes
- Not creating petitions of a violent, hateful, or illegal nature
4. Signing Petitions
By signing a petition, you express your support for the cause defended. Your signature is final
and cannot be withdrawn once registered. Your first name will be visible to other users in the list of signatories.
5. Prohibited Content
It is strictly forbidden to publish or disseminate on MAÂT:
- Illegal, defamatory content or content infringing on the rights of others
- Hate speech, racist, homophobic, or discriminatory remarks
- Calls to violence or illegal acts
- Pornographic or inappropriate content
- Personal information of third parties without their consent
- Disinformation or fake news
6. Moderation and Removal
MAÂT reserves the right to moderate, suspend, or remove any content or user account that
violates these rules. Petitions may be removed without notice if they violate these rules.
7. Personal Data Protection
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with applicable regulations.
We only collect information necessary for the operation of the service (phone number, first name).
This data will never be sold to third parties. You have the right to access, modify, and delete your data.
8. Notifications
By using MAÂT, you agree to receive notifications regarding:
- New petitions created by other users
- Signatures received on your petitions
- Important platform updates
9. Intellectual Property
The content you create (petitions, descriptions) remains your property. However, by publishing on MAÂT,
you grant the platform and other users the right to view, share, and sign your petitions.
10. Responsibilities
MAÂT is a platform for connection and citizen expression. We are not responsible
for the content of petitions created by users. Each petition creator is solely responsible
for their content and its veracity.
11. Service Availability
We strive to keep MAÂT accessible 24/7. However, we cannot guarantee
uninterrupted availability and we reserve the right to perform technical maintenance.
12. Modifications to Terms
MAÂT reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be
informed of important changes via notification.
